Niche Marketing Blog in 2006

The time goes too fast. We are already in the last day of the second week of 2006. I hope you still stick with your new year resolution, goal, or whatever you’d like to name it. People often create a resolution and forget it in the first or second week, don’t they?

Speaking of resolution, this year I’ve made commitment to improve my blogging activities. Not just to blog more, but to cover more stuff in various useful formats.

If you look at the categories of this blog, you’ll see that there are a lot of things to cover. Based on the feedbacks from previous year, I would focus on, but not limited to:

  1. Building content rich niche site
  2. Monetization strategies
  3. Affiliate marketing
  4. Technical tips to busines automation
  5. Tell-it-as-it-is product review
  6. You may want to take a look at other blogs to get more in-depth information regarding specific topics. For instance:

    • Contextual advertising - If you are into creating niche content site just to cash-in with Google AdSense, YPN, Chitika eMiniMalls or others, you can find news, tips and information in this blog.
    • Small business blogging - How to use a blog as a marketing tool to increase visibility, establish your status as an expert in your industry, generate traffic, and more. I share tips to niche blogging here too.
    • Search marketing - If you like to rank on the organic search engine, find the tips to do so in this blog. Nothing is too complicated here as this blog is targeted especially for small businesses.
    • Really simple syndication - This is a great marketing communication channel that many predict will become big this year.

I also have a couple of other blogs about e-mail marketing, pay-per-click-adverting, podcasting and information marketing.

Wishing your business a success in 2006.
