In previous month (April 2006) SiteSell made two important improvements to Search It!. These features are worth mentioning because not only they are important but free to all of us. Search It! is sponsored by their one stop hosting product, Site Build It!

The two features are:

1. New image search resource - helps you find cheap stock photo resource.
2. New affiliate search - helps you locate e-good merchants with affiliate programs. Use it to find products that fit your site’s audience and theme.

None of these features can’t be done from Google, Yahoo! or directly on the corresponding sites. Nevertheless, Search It! provides a portal that helps you locate any kind of important resources quickly and easily.

For example, to search for images, select Image-Video-Sounds from the Advanced Search submenu (Step 1). The drop down menu from Step 2 automatically lists resources such as Flickr, Creative Commons, iStockPhoto, Dreamstime, Google, Yahoo! and more. Some of them are free, while others are available for $1 for low resolution images, suitable for your web work.

What Search It! does is to redirect you to the right site after clicking the Search button. The benefit is that you don’t have to remember all the resources and different search interfaces from different sites.
